WHICH REAL ESTATE PROGRAMS DO YOU USE?

Our team are trained in the use of all programs and will utilise the program your agency grants us access to. We recommend to all agencies that they supply us with a login or access to their programs via a unique login to ensure the agency can monitor all interactions within their program and portfolio and allow for full transparency.

WILL I BE LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?

Our services cater for flexibility and convenience which means we do not lock you into a contract. The minimum notice we require for any changes or cancellation is 7 days so we have ample time to reallocate our team where needed

DO YOU CHARGE HOURLY OR FIXED RATE FEES?

We charge an hourly rate which is inclusive of wages, super, fuel, tolls, car allowances and insurances. 

IF I WANT TO OFFER A TEAM MEMBER FROM OUTSOURCEME A PERMANENT POSITION WITH MY TEAM AM I ABLE TO DO SO?

Unlike traditional temping agencies, the team at OutsourceME are hired and employed by the company direct so are not available for hiring. Fortunately the team at Resolute Staffing can assist further with any permanent recruitment services you need and would be happy to help!

HOW DOES MY AGENCY BOOK SERVICES WITH OUTSOURCEME?

All clients of OutsourceME have access to a live booking form which allows for all parties to communicate in one place. Once a request is made, your agency will be able to see once confirmed and booked, who will be attending the booking, what date the booking will be actioned and when it has been completed.

ARE YOUR PROPERTY MANAGERS AND INSPECTORS LICENSED?

All property managers and field agents of OutsourceME hold a valid Real Estate Registration, Valid Driver's Licence (where applicable) and are covered by all relevant insurances.
